The permission of Syarikat Ijtihad Travel Sendirian Berhad to operate the umrah package services using the Saudi Arabian Tourist Visas for 2025 has been withdrawn with immediate effect. The Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Haj Affairs Department shared the matter and advised the public not to make any arrangements related to umrah packages with the company.

The public who wish to perform umrah can choose companies that operate approved Umrah package services, of which currently thirty-seven travel agencies have permission to operate Umrah package services using the Saudi Arabian Tourist Visa for the year 2025.
